Communal area cleaning
Specialising in the communal areas of blocks of flats, we keep entrances, lobbies, corridors, stairwells and landings clean and welcoming. A typical visit includes vacuuming, dusting and mopping, litter picking, and disinfecting touchpoints such as door handles, handrails, entry panels and lift buttons. We also polish stainless steel, clean low-level glass and clean inside the lift.

Cleaning schedules to suit your building
Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits, or a one-off clean. We agree the specification with you and can adjust it through the seasons.

Deep cleans
A deep clean goes further than a regular visit: skirting boards, doors and frames, radiators, light switches, high-level dusting with extension poles, and a thorough clean of floors and stairs. It’s ideal as a quarterly clean or after building works.

Car parks, garages and bin stores
We sweep and litter pick car parks, undercroft parking and garage areas, and clean bin stores. We report fly-tipping and overflowing bins to your managing agent.

Low-level internal windows and glass
We clean entrance doors, internal windows and glass balustrades from floor level, using extension poles for hard-to-reach glass.

Emergency lighting flick tests
Where it’s part of your specification, we carry out the monthly emergency lighting flick test recommended by BS 5266-1. We record it in the site logbook and report any failed fittings to you the same day.

Reporting maintenance issues
Our cleaners are in your buildings more often than anyone else. We report lights out, leaks, damage, fire doors that won’t close and trip hazards to your managing agent, with photos, so they can be fixed quickly.

Out-of-hours office cleaning
We also clean offices in the evenings or early mornings, working around your business and following your alarm and locking-up procedures.

One-off and specialist cleaning
We take on one-off jobs too: carpet cleaning (quoted separately), carpet stain removal, mould treatment in communal areas, post-construction cleans and low-level signage cleaning.
